Your puppy is shipped to you by ground or air. We rely on the breeder to help us choose the best possible form of transportation for each individual puppy. Please keep in mind that snub nosed breeds are not eligible for air transport.
Do you sell to pet stores?
Pup Post does not condone the sell of animals to pet stores and we are not affiliated with any pet stores.
Can I pick up my puppy myself?
Yes! We want what is best for the puppy, the breeders, and the customers of Pup Post. If you choose to pick your puppy up then we will secure a neutral location for you to do so. We do require that the puppy leaves in an approved carrier and is not let to roam the vehicle. We will help you make sure that the crate is securely fastened to ensure that the puppy is safe during transport i should you choose to pick your puppy up. Please ask a Pup Post representative what you need to bring with you to ensure a smooth transition.
Do you vet your breeders?
Yes, we vet our breeders. The owner does routine and surprise inspections on each kennel that sells through Pup Post. Feel free to ask your travel liaison the results of the last inspection of the kennel and when it was performed. For privacy reasons we can not share the report with you but we can go over the checklist verbally.
What happens if I get my puppy and it doesn't work out?
At Pup Post we hope that we have educated you enough on the breed and that you have done the research necessary before committing. We also understand that things change and sometimes life throws its curveballs; so, we offer a no hassle return. We will arrange transport and have you sign a relinquishment form to help return the puppy. Sometimes the transport company requires a fee to bring the dog back and that is the responsibility of you, the current owner.
